What is Siluette for?
Siluette is a dietary supplement consisting of vegetable oils of palm powder and oats that can be used to increase satiety, thus enhancing the effects of a healthy diet.
This supplement is produced by the Eurofarma laboratories and can be bought in conventional pharmacies in boxes of 30 yellow fruit flavored sachets.

Siluette is indicated to decrease appetite by improving the effects of a healthy diet on weight loss.

The price of Siluette is about 150 reais for each box of 30 sachets of 6, 2 grams.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet diluted in 50 ml of water upon waking or 3-4 hours before lunch or dinner. This sachet dissolves easily by stirring the contents with a spoon. It is therefore not recommended to use the mixer or mixer. It is also not recommended to dissolve the contents in fruit juices, sodas, acidic beverages, or in soups or fatty meals, as this may interfere in their dilution, impairing its effectiveness.

Cons-indications
